UST is looking for experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of VLSI/ASIC/SoC programs, ensuring successful execution from project initiation through tape-out. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, customer relationships, resource planning, delivery excellence, and business outcomes while leading high-performing engineering teams. This role requires strong expertise in semiconductor services delivery, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, presales support, and operational excellence to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
Forecasting, Pre-Sales Support, ASIC, Process Improvement
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
