• Detailed Project Planning
• Monitoring site activities as per Plan
• Bill Preparation: Create RA bills, interim bills, and final client invoices based on the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Site Measurement Verification: Check physical work done on-site with site engineers and use measurement books
• Rate Analysis: Analyze rates for extra or non-BOQ items using standard schedules or market rates
• Material Reconciliation: Track actual material consumption against theoretical requirements
• Documentation: Maintain clear billing registers, measurement sheets, and audit records
