Job summary

Plumeria Contracting Services in Coimbatore district is seeking a quantity surveyor to support billing, tendering and cost control across multiple projects.

You will prepare schedules, BOQs, bills and certificates, monitor progress and costs, and coordinate with site engineers and clients to ensure contractual compliance and timely payments. • Prepare project schedules and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quantity estimation and prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tendering and project execution.
• Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, and payment certificates.
• Track project progress against planned schedules and generate progress reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients for billing and planning activities.
• Monitor project costs and support cost control initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation, billing records, and contractual documents.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract conditions, and company standards.
