Job summary

Croma is seeking a site-based project coordinator in Delhi to manage coordination with vendors, contractors and the finance team for timely bill settlements. You will prepare DPRs, coordinate drawings with architects and consultants, and ensure timely material delivery on site.

The role requires sound knowledge of MEP works and assistance to the Project Manager in BOQ preparation for civil/interior works. Proficiency in SAP and SAP-based purchasing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation/ Post-graduation/ Diploma in Engineering is mandatory.
• Sound knowledge of MEP works.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, architects, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating with the vendors, contractors, and finance team w.r.t timely bill settlement.
• Preparing DPR (Daily Progress Report) and submitting the same to H.O.D for review.
• Co-ordinating with the architect, consultant, contractors for drawings.
• Co-ordinating with internal as well as external stakeholders for timely delivery of materials at the site.
• Should have sound knowledge of MEP works.
• Assisting Project Manager in preparing the BOQ for Civil/Interior work.
• Raising PR (Purchase Requisition) in SAP for the bought-out materials etc. required at the site.
• Checking R. A. bills, measurement sheets of the contractors, and assisting the Project Manager in the closure of final bills of site.
• Should have sound knowledge of materials and their rates used for construction activities.
