Job summary

EPS Instrumentation is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and successfully complete electrical services projects within approved scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Experience with electrical systems including transformers, DG sets, UPS, cable laying, earthing and lighting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute electrical installation and maintenance projects from start to completion.
• Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Review electrical drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards, local regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage project budgets, material procurement, and cost control.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Resolve technical issues and site-related challenges.
• Ensure all documentation is completed before project closure.
