Job summary

Suryam Developers in India seeks a proactive Projects Support professional to handle planning, scheduling, and coordination across site teams. You will prepare detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement in safety and quality.

Experience with BOQ, Bar Charts, BOM, and resource planning is preferred; the ideal candidate will liaise with execution teams and management to keep projects on track and under budget.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedule including BOQ, Bar Charts, BOM, and resource planning.
• Update and monitor the project execution schedule using project management tools/software.
• Track progress against schedule and highlight slippages or deviations with action plans.
• Coordinate with execution team for updating actual progress and plan adjustments.
• Actively Participate in Kaizen (CONTINUOUS IMPROOVEMENT) activities to enhance work process, efficiency, quality and safety.
• Prepare and verify RA bills of subcontractors based on site measurements and work progress.
• Ensure accuracy of quantity measurements and alignment with drawings and BOQs.
• Coordinate with site and accounts teams for timely bill certification and payments.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of materials, subcontractors, and assets.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly project reports (DPR, WPR, MPR).
• Update and maintain billing and planning data in ERP / Powerplay / Excel-based trackers.
• Prepare budget utilization reports and project cost tracking sheets.
• Support management in project review meetings with up-to-date data.
• Work closely with execution, procurement, store, and design teams to align project progress.
• Follow up with vendors and contractors for timely documentation and invoice processing.
• Support final billing, close-out documentation, and audit readiness.
• Participate in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
