1. Client Billing & Receivables

• Ownership: Take full responsibility for generating and submitting 100% accurate client RA bills.
• Certification: Guarantee work approvals by driving precise joint site measurements.
• Realization: Be accountable for zero delays in tracking and securing client payments.

2. Quantity Estimation & BOQ

• Precision: Ensure flawless extraction of exact quantities from structural drawings.
• Revenue: Maximize project value by rigorously identifying and claiming all BOQ variations.

3. Subcontractor Billing

• Auditing: Strictly police subcontractor invoices to ensure they match actual site execution.
• Protection: Safeguard project funds by enforcing all necessary deductions and retentions.

4. Cost Control & Reconciliation

• Reconciliation: Enforce strict material tracking to actively prevent theft and leakage.
• Profitability: Protect project margins by immediately halting wastage and cost overruns.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field (construction management).
• A diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in civil engineering is required.
• Proven expertise in civil project management; knowledge of building codes & regulations is an asset.
