The ideal candidate holds a degree in civil engineering, interior design, or architecture and has 4+ years of experience in commercial interiors or turnkey projects. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, interior design, or architecture.
• 4+ years' experience in commercial interiors, fit-outs or turnkey projects.
• Strong project management and client coordination.
• Excellent communication and team management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete commercial interior projects from planning to final handover.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
• Develop project schedules, timelines, and execution plans.
• Monitor project budgets, material procurement, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports.
• Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
• Handle client communication and resolve project-related issues proactively.
• Monitor site progress and support site teams whenever required.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines and budgets.
