Job summary

MIPL Global is hiring a Project Manager Interiors in Hyderabad. You will manage interior fit-out and corporate projects from planning through completion, coordinating with clients, architects and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, site supervision, and snag-clearing, with travel to project sites as required. 5–8 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in interior project management, preferably commercial interiors or corporate fit-outs.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver interior projects within approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage end-to-end project execution: site surveys, design coordination, procurement, fabrication, installation, and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports with resource allocation.
• Monitor costs, BOQs, billing, variations, and changes; ensure cost control.
• Ensure availability of materials, manpower, tools, and equipment at sites.
• Supervise site teams to ensure work follows drawings and specs.
• Conduct regular site visits to track progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure safety, quality, and statutory compliance at all sites.
• Identify risks, delays, and cost overruns; implement corrective actions.
• Handle client meetings, updates, escalations and approvals.
• Verify completed work, manage snag lists, and handover on time.
• Maintain project documentation: orders, site reports, minutes, material records, completion reports.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager Interiors to manage and execute interior fit-out and commercial interior projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, client coordination, site execution, quality control, and timely project delivery while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver interior projects within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.

• Supervise site teams and contractors to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve execution issues, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure quality standards, safety procedures, and statutory requirements are followed at all project sites.
• Identify project risks, delays, and cost overruns, and implement corrective measures.
• Handle client meetings, progress updates, escalations, and approvals.

• Maintain project documentation, including work orders, site reports, meeting minutes, material records, and completion reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in interior project management, preferably in commercial interiors or corporate fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution, civil works, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, ceiling, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, BOQ management, billing, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Strong skills in client management, vendor coordination, team leadership, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project scheduling tools; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
