Job summary

Adecco India is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Interior Design to lead end-to-end interior fit-out and design projects in Bengaluru. The role focuses on planning, client coordination, vendor management, and timely delivery while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in interior design/fit-out, strong AutoCAD and PM tools skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and teams on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction project management.
• Experience handling multiple interior projects concurrently.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials and fit-out processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Office, and PM tools.
• Excellent project planning, coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end interior design and fit-out projects from concept to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee execution quality and compliance with design specs.
• Handle procurement, vendor negotiations, material planning, and cost control.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions for smooth execution.
• Review drawings, BOQs, technical specs, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare project status reports and present updates to management and clients.
• Resolve site-related issues and provide timely solutions to maintain timelines.
• Manage project closure activities, snag lists, final inspections, and client handover.
