Yunic HR Solutions is seeking an experienced construction manager to lead high-end residential projects from inception to handover. You will own timelines, budgets, quality, and risk, coordinating across contractors, vendors, and consultants to deliver premium homes.

The role requires 8+ years in residential construction, with proven ability to manage multiple sites and mentor site teams to uphold standards. This is an on-site position based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strong experience in residential construction, preferably villas, luxury homes, individual residences, or high-end residential projects.
• Experience in managing multiple construction sites.
