ROLE OVERVIEW

Lead the planning, coordination and execution of civil works at site, with particular emphasis on structural, hardscape/external development and finishing works. The role requires a hands-on construction professional capable of coordinating site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients while maintaining project schedules, quality standards and cost controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate and oversee civil works from execution through completion.
• Manage structural, hardscape/external development and finishing works at site.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 1 year of relevant construction experience.
• Practical experience in structural, hardscape/external development and finishing works.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQs, specifications and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong site coordination, planning, communication and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Broader exposure across structural, finishing, hardscape or external development works, including commercial, institutional or industrial projects, will be an advantage.
