Salarpuria Properties in Kolkata is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead large-scale residential/commercial developments. You will own projects end-to-end, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in real estate/construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Project Ownership: Lead overall project execution with full responsibility for P&L, timelines, and quality delivery.
• Execution & Planning: Drive project planning, scheduling, and on-ground execution ensuring alignment with approved timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors for seamless delivery.
• Compliance & Approvals: Ensure timely statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with HO teams including Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, and Safety.
• Commercial Oversight: Review and approve major bills, RFIs, change orders, and contractor variations.
• Monitoring & Reviews: Lead periodic project review meetings, track milestones, and drive corrective actions where required.
