Kolte Patil Developers Ltd. is seeking a senior construction leader to oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and contractual commitments.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, manage budgets and resources, and prepare status reports while mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field is required.
• 15–20 years of project experience in construction is required.
• Experience handling at least two complete construction cycles end‑to‑end.
• Hands-on RCC execution experience is essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review the project in‑depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Oversee onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging ones.
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences.
• Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure quality construction standards and proper techniques.

Strategic Focus

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other related discipline required
• 15 to 20 years of project experience working in the construction industry required
• The candidate should have experience of having handled at least two complete construction cycles end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience in RCC execution is must have.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and resource management.
• Experience in handling contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Well-versed with construction quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Ability to monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
