Job summary

Dandotiya Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Construction Water Supply, Road & Building Projects) to lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives in India. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, from planning and DPR to execution, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory guidelines and client expectations.

The ideal candidate has 15–20 years of civil engineering experience, hands-on leadership, and proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer with B.E./B.Tech & M.Tech in Civil Engineering and 15-20 years of experience in water supply, road, and building projects.
• Strong knowledge of government tenders, billing, and compliance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and execute water supply, road, and building construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare DPRs, BOQs, project schedules, and ensure compliance with PWD, PMGSY, Mandi Board, Police Housing Board, Jal Jeevan Mission guidelines.
• Supervise site activities ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor billing reconciliation and project documentation.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, banks, and government departments for approvals and reporting.
• Handle budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for multiple infrastructure projects.
• Maintain team performance, payroll records, and statutory compliance related to project staff.
