Job summary

Mangala Shree Buildcon in Bihar is seeking a senior civil construction professional to lead drainage and sewerage projects across project sites in Bihar. You will oversee planning, execution, and monitoring, coordinating with labour, materials, and machinery to deliver on schedule.

The role demands a hands-on leader with a proven track record in site delivery, able to work with government departments, manage teams of site engineers and contractors, ensure safety and quality, and optimize budgets

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil Construction, with hands-on exposure to Drainage/Sewerage/Water Supply projects.
• Proven track record of independently managing site execution and project delivery.
• Experience working with government departments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and monitoring of drainage/sewerage projects.
• On-site management of labour, materials and machinery.
• Coordinate with PHED/Nagar Nigam/PWD for approvals, MB, and billing.
• Lead site engineers, supervisors and contractors.
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance at site.

• Prepare and submit progress reports.

• Coordination with government departments (PHED/Nagar Nigam/PWD) for approvals, measurement books (MB), and billing
• Leading a team of site engineers, supervisors, and contractors
• Ensuring quality control and safety compliance at site
• Budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation
• Preparing and submitting progress reports to management
• Timely resolution of technical and site-level issues
• Ensuring project completion within scheduled timelines

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil Construction, with hands-on exposure to Drainage/Sewerage/Water Supply projects
