• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, planning, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of infrastructure and building construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
• Prepare project schedules, execution plans, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor progress to meet timelines, quality standards, and specs.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution issues.
• Review drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Manage project documentation, progress reports, BOQs, estimates, billing, and contracts.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer / Architect cum Project Manager to oversee infrastructure and construction projects from planning through execution and completion. The ideal candidate should have experience in civil construction, architectural coordination, project planning, stakeholder management, and site supervision. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of infrastructure and building construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
• Prepare project schedules, execution plans, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Review architectural, structural, and engineering drawings for accuracy and constructability.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage project documentation, progress reports, BOQs, estimates, billing, and contract administration.
• Monitor project costs and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Lead project meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials and resources.
• Support project handover, snag rectification, and project closeout activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch).
• 5–6 years of experience in infrastructure and construction project management.
• Experience managing commercial, residential, industrial, or institutional construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning, and contract management.
