Standard Infratech India is seeking a General Manager – Civil Projects to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex civil infrastructure and building projects. You will coordinate with clients, authorities, and teams to ensure timely, on-budget completion with strict quality and safety standards.

The role requires leading multiple project teams, optimizing resources, and driving project controls to meet contractual obligations and client expectations.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in Buildings, Water Projects, UGD, STP, and WTP.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution and delivery.
• Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control.
• Mobilize and manage manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, government authorities, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Manage quantities, billing, BOQ, cost control, and contract administration.
• Conduct regular site visits for execution monitoring and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project objectives.
