Job summary

Rahee Infratech Limited in Delhi seeks a diligent Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement and site teams, review and approve plans, drawings and specifications.

You will allocate manpower and materials, monitor progress, implement quality controls, manage budgets and contracts with vendors, mitigate risks, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and communicate project status to

• Oversee end to end project execution, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor daily project progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate with engineering procurement, and site team for seamless execution. Review and approve project plans, drawings and specifications.
• Allocate manpower, equipment and materials effectively.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources to avoid cost overruns.
• Identify shortages and arrange for additional resources when required.
• Implement quality control measures to meet industry standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits and reviews
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities for approvals.
• Oversee project budgets to control costs and avoid overruns
• Ensure financial planning aligns with organizational objectives.
• Control Unnecessary expenditures and minimize waste.
• Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle.
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance requirements.
• Precatively identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
• Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with clients, contractors, vendors, and government agencies for smooth project execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental and quality regulations.
• Ensure Compliance with environmental policies and sustainability measures.
• Support to safety teams to implement the safety standards at projects.
• Active participation in project safety inspection, safety walks, monthly safety committee meetings, safety programme and mock drills etc.
• Ensure safe completion of project.
• Fund allocation for promotional activities, National Level Celebration, and other safety expenses.
• Responsible for project safety compliances (External/Internal).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Maintain project records, progress reports, and ensure timely communication with senior management.
• Track project progress and submit regular updates to senior management.
• Manage Contracts and agreements with vendor and sub-contractors.
• Ensure Timely materials procurement and vendor payments
• Address Contractual disputes and resolve supplier issues.
• Supervise and mentor project teams to improve productivity
• Conduct Training sessions for skill enhancement
• Evaluate team performance and provide necessary support
