Job summary

Iprima Infra in Talegaon Dabhade, Maharashtra, is hiring a site development manager responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of plotting and land development projects, ensuring work aligns with drawings, specs, quality standards, and timelines.

You will coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, surveyors, and site teams; monitor progress, costs, resources, and safety; and prepare daily/weekly reports to keep management informed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise plotting and land development projects from execution to completion.
• Monitor road development, drainage, leveling, excavation, earthwork, infrastructure, and other site development activities.
• Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, surveyors, and site teams.
• Check BOQs, quantities, measurements, material requirements, and contractor bills.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, resources, manpower, and material utilization.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly progress reports and update management on project status.
• Identify site issues and ensure timely resolution of technical and execution-related problems.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper quality and safety standards.
• Plan manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources required for project execution.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed within agreed cost and schedule.
• Coordinate with management for project approvals, requirements, and execution decisions.
• Maintain proper site records, measurements, drawings, reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of project development works.
