Job summary

Conqr Facility Management is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Gurugram to plan, manage, and execute commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. You will lead Civil, MEP, Architectural, PMC teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will monitor schedules, manpower, materials, and overall progress, review drawings and BOQs, coordinate MEP works, identify risks, and conduct site inspections with regular management

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead and coordinate Civil, MEP, Architectural, PMC, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, and overall progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV, and related services.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
• Coordinate with management, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Prepare and review project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
