Job summary

Capacite is seeking a project management professional in Navi Mumbai to lead and deliver construction projects from scope through execution. The role requires coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams, while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.

The candidate will develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Manage and mobilise project resources, including labour and materials and Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
• Create and manage project budgets. Control project costs by tracking expenses and making adjustments when required.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and track project progress and milestones.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Quality standards and environmental requirements.
• Conducting Quality control audits and ensure work meets specifications.
• Responsible for manning of the project
• Responsible for attrition at site
• Responsible for appraisal at site
• Contract labour mobilisation
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractors.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Verifying sub-contractors bills, suppliers bills, RA bills & timely release of payments
