Job summary

Design Consortia is seeking support for Project Planning & Management and On-Site Supervision. The role focuses on developing and managing project plans, coordinating with architects, engineers and stakeholders, and supervising construction activities on-site.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost control, contract negotiation, change orders, quality assurance, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

• Develop and manage budgets, keeping costs within allocation.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Track expenses and identify potential cost overruns.
• Ensure construction work meets quality standards and codes.
• Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on site.

• Manage change orders and ensure they are implemented efficiently.

Budget & Cost Management

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects stay within allocated costs.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
• Track project expenses and identify potential cost overruns.

Quality Control

• Ensure that all construction work meets quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
