Job summary

Sunspire Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a results-driven Project Manager to lead solar industrial and commercial projects. You will oversee budgeting, procurement, regulatory compliance, and contractor coordination to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 3–5 years in solar project management, strong leadership, and superb communication. A valid driving license and willingness to travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in the solar energy industry.
• Proactive and result-oriented.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in procurement and supply chain management for energy projects.
• Willing to travel extensively; must possess a two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
• Self-starter and self-motivated individual.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgeting and revenue planning to meet targets.
• Oversee procurement, management, implementation, and maintenance of solar energy projects.
• Lead regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with renewable energy regulations and standards.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with government agencies, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure exceptional customer service for clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct weekly calls with contractors to track project progress.
• Coordinate and manage solar installers, conduct project meetings, and provide weekly progress reports.
• Manage project financial performance for cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Oversee execution and management of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
• Expertly manage contractors for site execution, including contract negotiation and approval.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team for optimized building and site configurations.
• Lead overall execution and project management of commercial rooftop and solar park projects.
