Sunspire Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. in Gujarat is seeking an experienced Solar EPC Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and promote our solar EPC services.

This role blends technical knowledge with excellent sales and customer service skills, contributing to renewable energy projects. We are looking for a candidate with 3-4 years of experience in solar sales, strong procurement and logistics insight, and the ability to coordinate across teams to deliver projects on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-4 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the renewable energy or solar industry.
• Proven experience in procurement, logistics, vendor management, and inventory control.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate their performance based on quality, delivery times, and pricing.
• Implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and control costs.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, track expenses, and report on cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing supply chain activities.
