Job description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating activities of order execution internally with Planning, Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, QAC, Logistics, Stores and externally with clients, consultants, suppliers such as:

• Project Planning, Execution and Control
• Ensure balance of Time, Cost, Quality of Project Execution
• Close monitoring of projects schedules
• Ensuring timely supply completion, payment collection
• Managing techno-commercial changes
• Dispatch co-ordination
• Preparing project specific reports
• Ensuring on time Approvals from customers / consultants
• Effectively keep track of Contractual obligations and meet within time frame
• Take ownership of Revenue generation and payment collections
• Effective Claim Management /Risk Mitigation

Specific competencies

• Knowledge of ERP is preferred
• Auto CAD, MS Project is must
• Experience in Air Pollution Control
• Project Planning, Execution and Control

Education

Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/Chemical) preferred + PG (if any)
