Job summary

Jobixo is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Rajasthan to lead end-to-end projects in Pumps, Heavy Engineering, and related industries. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, costs, and risks, and ensure contractual commitments are met.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 7+ years of PM experience, and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems. PMP certification is advantageous, with strong communication and leadership skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in Project Management within Pumps, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Equipment, Mining, EPC, Process Equipment, or Manufacturing industries.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of planning, cost control, contract management, risk management, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of assigned projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and contractual commitments.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to hit milestones.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Review project documentation, technical specs, contractual requirements, and customer deliverables.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to management and customers.
• Monitor project costs, resource utilization, and overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company procedures.
• Manage project documentation, change requests, variation orders, and contract administration.
• Support pre-contract discussions, planning, and execution strategies.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management within Pumps, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Equipment, Mining, EPC, Process Equipment, or Manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, fabrication, manufacturing, quality control, scheduling, and project execution.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of project planning, cost control, contract management, risk management, and project documentation.
• Working knowledge of SAP or any ERP system is preferred.
• PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while working under strict timelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project reporting tools.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
