Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution across India within scope, time, budget, and contractual commitments.
• Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Installation, and Commissioning.
• Develop and monitor project plans, milestones, and baselines.
• Manage budgets, costs, and procurement expenditures; forecast cash flow.
• Prepare weekly progress, monthly MIS, cost, schedule, risk, and resource reports.
• Maintain Risk Register and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure ISO/HSE compliance and client satisfaction.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager will lead end-to-end execution of multiple projects across India, ensuring timely completion within approved scope, quality, budget, and contractual commitments. The role involves planning, execution, monitoring, stakeholder coordination, commercial control, risk management, and customer satisfaction.

Frequent travel to project sites across India is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

• Prepare Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Develop WBS.
• Define project milestones.
• Prepare baseline schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
• Prepare manpower deployment plans.
• Prepare procurement schedules.

Execution:

• Manage complete project lifecycle.
• Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Installation, and Commissioning.
• Conduct regular review meetings.
• Monitor project deliverables.
• Ensure client satisfaction.

Cost Management:

• Monitor budgets.
• Track project profitability.
• Control project costs.
• Monitor procurement expenditure.
• Approve project invoices.
• Forecast project cash flow.

Schedule Management:

• Track project progress.
• Monitor critical path.
• Resolve schedule delays.
• Expedite procurement.
• Manage resource allocation.

Risk Management:

• Maintain Risk Register.
• Conduct risk reviews.
• Implement mitigation plans.
• Manage contingency actions.

Contract Management:

• Ensure contractual compliance.
• Administer change orders.
• Coordinate variation claims.
• Monitor payment milestones.
• Ensure timely collections.

Quality & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Ensure HSE implementation.
• Monitor QA/QC.
• Conduct project audits.

Customer Management:

• Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients.
• Conduct project review meetings.
• Manage customer escalations.
• Prepare monthly progress reports.
