Job summary

SLP Group Pune is seeking a Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver residential and commercial real estate projects on time, within budget, and ensuring quality standards.

You will manage schedules, contractors, consultants, statutory compliance, project budgets, and cross-functional teams to achieve successful handover and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
• Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Knowledge of safety standards and statutory regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall site execution.
• Supervise civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Review BOQs, contractor bills, project costs, and procurement activities.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and efficient resource utilization.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and MIS.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve milestones.
