Job summary

Twenty Five South Realty is seeking an experienced civil engineer to lead site operations on construction projects in Mumbai. The role involves setting out and determining locations for above and underground installations, supervising execution and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule. The ideal candidate has a civil engineering diploma or BE and at least 8 years of experience in real estate,

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Real Estate sector.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and supervising site execution compliance activities.
• Define project control procedures and resource requirements.
• Evaluate construction materials and oversee design mixes, materials, and plant requisition.
• Quantity surveying and MB filling; ensure EHS compliance.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, and workforce.
• Manage day-to-day site activities and supervise subcontractors.
• Oversee quality control and safety on site and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure timely documentation and drawing-based execution.

Job description

Job Purpose

To perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects, setting out and determining the location for above and underground infrastructural installations involved in construction operations

Major Accountabilities

• Establishing and supervising site execution compliance activities.
• Establish and define any job oriented project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate them.
• Evaluation of Construction Material, design mixes & overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
• Will also be responsible for Quantity surveying, MB filling, ensuring EHS compliances etc.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site staff and the work of any subcontractors.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site and resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Ensure timely documentation and scrutiny of the same.
• Executing the work as per architectural drawings.
• Good experience of Managing project with respect to Time/cost/Quality parameters.

Education :

• Preferably diploma/ B.E (Civil)

Experience:
