Naiknavare Developers in Pune is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large construction projects on-site, coordinate with engineers and architects, and ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership of site personnel, strict adherence to safety standards, budgeting, planning, and smooth communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• 1. Supervise construction site personnel and subcontractors, attend weekly progress meetings, and ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
• 2. Coordinate with Chief Engineer on site issues related to resources and drawings, materials, and related needs.
• 3. Hold a project completion review to identify causes and lessons from project successes and problems.
• 4. Develop the management structure, define responsibilities, communication lines, reporting, and authorization procedures through project completion.
• 5. Responsible for on-site construction activities and ensuring timely project completion.
• 6. Manage on-site personnel and engage in conciliation with trade unions when necessary.
• 7. Be detail-oriented, highly committed, and able to lead a team.
• 8. Negotiate subcontractor contracts, communicate with clients' engineers and architects, and coordinate material delivery with Inventory & Logistics.
• 9. Involve in pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and worker coordination.
• 10. Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP, and AutoCAD.
• 11. Overseeing the building of large construction projects

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Need to supervise construction site personnel and subcontractors, attend weekly project progress meetings, and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.

2. Co-ordinate with Chief Engineer for site related issues regarding resources and drawings, materials etc.

3. Hold a Project completion review before the Project team is dispersed, to define the causes and lessons of the Project successes and problems.

4. Develop the management structure, define responsibilities, lines of communication, reporting and authorization procedures between the parties until completion of the Project and communicate these to every party.

5. Project Manager is responsible to handle the construction activities on the site and Manage timely completion of the same.

6. Managing on-site construction personnel and skill in attending conciliation meetings with trade unions if necessary.

7. He should be detail-oriented, have strong commitment, and be a team leader.

8. Responsible for negotiating the contracts of subcontractors, communicating with clients engineers and Architects, meetings with construction managers, and coordinating the delivery of materials with Manager (Inventory and Logistics).

9. Need to be involved in the areas of pre-planning, budgeting, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and worker coordination.

10. Good knowledge of Microsoft office, ERP & AutoCAD
