Job summary

SG Design And Builds is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead interior and architectural projects from initiation to handover. You will coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, vendors, contractors, and clients to align on scope, schedule, and quality.

You will review drawings and specs, plan schedules and resources, supervise site execution, monitor costs and wastage, and ensure safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage interior and architectural projects from start to handover.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, vendors, contractors, and clients.
• Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and materials.
• Supervise site execution and ensure quality and timely completion.
• Coordinate with procurement for material requirements.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project cost, timeline, quality, and material wastage.
• Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate for material samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings.
• Handle snagging, rectification, and final project handover.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
