Job summary

You will coordinate engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, develop detailed schedules and budgets, and drive progress from concept to handover, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Execution Oversight: Direct and monitor all phases of project execution, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives effectively.
• Budget Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to ensure projects are completed within approved financial parameters.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure timely completion.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory authorities, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
