Job summary

Jayant K Furnishers is seeking an experienced project leader for interior fit-out and finishing works across India.

The role requires managing complete interiors projects—from initial coordination with clients to final handover—covering commercial spaces such as hotels, malls, offices, and residential properties.

Qualifications

• 815 years of experience in interior fit-out, interior contracting or finishing works.
• Strong experience in managing large commercial interior projects.
• Good knowledge of civil finishing, interior materials, BOQ, drawings and specifications.
• Experience in manpower planning, subcontractor management, billing and cost control.
• Ability to independently manage project execution and client relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project locations across India.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete interior fit-out and finishing works from project start to handover.
• Execute commercial interiors, hotels, malls, offices, residential and hospitality projects.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower deployment and material needs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC teams, subcontractors and vendors.
• Supervise civil finishing, drywall partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, doors, and MEP coordination.
• Monitor project costs, productivity, billing, variations and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure work execution as per drawings, BOQ, specs and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage multiple project sites across India as required.
