Job summary

Sree Craft in Bengaluru is seeking a capable interior fit-out professional to lead corporate/commercial office interior projects. You will manage site mobilization through handover, coordinate with MEP services, subcontractors and clients, and ensure QA/QC and safety standards are upheld.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of hands-on interior fit-out experience, with a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Immediate joiners preferred and Bengaluru-based candidates are favored.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on experience in corporate/commercial office interior fit-out execution is mandatory.
• Good understanding of GFC drawings, BOQ, specifications and site measurements.
• Experience coordinating MEP works, subcontractors, vendors, client/PMC and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute corporate/commercial office interior fit-out projects from site mobilization through completion and handover.
• Study and execute works as per GFC drawings, BOQ, specifications and approved schedules.
• Plan and coordinate daily site activities including gypsum, false ceiling, flooring, painting, partitions, glass and joinery.
• Coordinate with MEP services (electrical, HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, ELV) with interior works.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors and site manpower to ensure quality, safety and timelines.
• Prepare daily/weekly plans, DPRs and progress updates; monitor progress against schedule.
• Plan material requirements and coordinate with procurement to avoid delays.
• Check site measurements, quantities and subcontractor work quantities.
• Coordinate with Client, PMC, Consultants and internal teams; attend site meetings.
• Identify drawing/site discrepancies and ensure latest approved drawings are followed.
• Maintain QA/QC and site safety standards; ensure proper workmanship.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays and take corrective actions with PM.

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage and execute Corporate/Commercial Office Interior Fit-Out projects from site mobilization through completion and handover.
• Study and execute works as per GFC drawings, BOQ, specifications and approved schedules.
• Plan and coordinate daily site activities including gypsum, false ceiling, flooring, painting, partitions, glass, joinery and other interior works.
• Coordinate MEP services including electrical, HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing and ELV with interior works.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors and site manpower to achieve required quality, safety and timelines.
• Prepare daily/weekly work plans, DPRs and progress updates and monitor work against the project schedule.
• Plan material requirements, raise requirements in advance and coordinate with procurement to avoid delays.
• Check site measurements, quantities, BOQ items and subcontractor work quantities.
• Coordinate with Client, PMC, Consultants, Architects and internal project/design teams and attend site meetings as required.
• Identify drawing/site discrepancies, coordinate RFIs/clarifications and ensure latest approved drawings are followed.
• Maintain QA/QC and site safety standards and ensure proper workmanship.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays and take corrective action in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Manage snagging, rectification, testing/coordination and final project handover.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Corporate/Commercial Office Interior Fit-Out execution is mandatory.
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Should have experience executing office interior projects, including partitions, gypsum/false ceiling, flooring, painting, glass, joinery and related finishes.
• Good understanding of GFC drawings, BOQ, specifications and site measurements.
• Experience coordinating MEP works, subcontractors, vendors, client/PMC and consultants.
• Should be capable of independently planning and monitoring day-to-day site execution, quality, material requirements and project progress.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates currently based in Bengaluru and with immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Candidates with only residential interiors, residential building construction, infrastructure, roads or unrelated civil experience will not be considered.
