Job summary

Golden Opportunities in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Project Lead / Project Manager to oversee end-to-end commercial interior fit-out projects from mobilization through handover.

The role calls for 5–10 years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out, with strong skills in project planning, execution, BOQ, estimation, costing, and stakeholder coordination across clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Total Experience: 5–10 Years in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects.
• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Certification: PMP / Project Management certification is an added advantage.
• Candidate Location: Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and project resources.
• Monitor site progress against approved drawings and specifications.
• Control project costs and minimize material wastage.
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Coordinate with Procurement for timely material availability and delivery.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure quality standards and EHS guidelines are maintained.
• Review contractor bills, vendor invoices, measurements, and project costs.
• Coordinate design changes and resolve site execution issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Ensure smooth project handover, closure, and final documentation.
