Job summary

Tata Realty And Infrastructure Ltd in Navi Mumbai invites a seasoned Civil Construction Manager to supervise commercial projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, safety, cost control and effective coordination with contractors and consultants.

You will coordinate RCC/structural/architectural/MEP activities, review drawings, monitor progress, manage site teams, and ensure compliance with EHS procedures and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.
• 10–12 years of experience in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of RCC and commercial building construction.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor day-to-day construction activities as per approved project schedule.
• Supervise RCC, structural, architectural, MEP coordination and finishing works.
• Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Monitor manpower, material and equipment requirements at site.
• Review progress and take corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Ensure inspection, testing and quality documentation.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution of technical and execution-related problems.
• Monitor contractor performance and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with EHS / safety procedures at site.
• Check quantities, work measurements, and support billing/certification activities.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight critical issues to the Project Head.
• Maintain proper project documentation, records and as-built information.
• Support project planning, coordination, and handover activities.

Job Purpose-

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and project planning tools such as MS Project/Primavera is preferred.
