Job summary

Virtual CFO is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Mechanical) to lead MEP/HVAC projects in Mumbai. You will drive project execution, coordinate with consultants, PMC, and client engineers, and ensure timely billings and collections.

The role requires strong technical MEP understanding and hands-on site leadership. Your responsibilities include forecasting billings, resolving project challenges, maintaining safety standards, and guiding on-site engineers to meet quality expectations.

• Manage project challenges and implement solutions.
• Ensure safety, SOP compliance, and quality installation standards.
• Oversee site deployment and training of junior engineers.

Project manager

Handling & Driving MEP/ HVAC projects either single large project OR multiple projects depending upon project inflow.

Coordination with all stake holders at customer end like Consultant, PMC, Client chief engineers etc. for smooth and timely execution of project.

Good understanding on technical of MEP/ HVAC. Project site inventory management.

Forecasting project billings, ensuring timely billings and payment collections.

Foreseeing project challenges and finding solutions to overcome same.

Keeping customer and management informed on critical issues.

Resource planning like labour contractors, site engineers etc.

Site deployment and execution in line with all safety standards, ESIPL SOP, and standards of quality installation as per listed quality standards.

On time project handing over Final closure of project that is project closing and establishing actual P & L.

Developing and training upcoming engineers on site.

Education Qualification: Should be Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical with an experience on 10 to 15 years from MEP/ HVAC industry in stream of Project Execution.

Good understanding on technicalities of MEP subject and core strength should be project management.
