Tapco Pneumatics is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP projects from planning through completion.
• Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare schedules, manpower, material requirements, and execution plans.
• Monitor site activities and ensure progress per schedule.
• Lead MEP engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Ensure installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Identify issues and provide timely solutions to avoid delays.
• Monitor costs, material usage, manpower productivity, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, standards, specifications, and safety.
• Review method statements, submittals, shop drawings, and documents.
• Coordinate procurement to ensure timely material availability.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented MEP Project Manager to manage and execute Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects from planning through completion. The candidate will be responsible for project coordination, site execution, resource management, quality control, safety, cost monitoring, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute MEP projects as per approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare project schedules, manpower requirements, material requirements, and execution plans.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the approved project schedule.
• Supervise and coordinate MEP engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
• Identify technical issues and provide timely solutions to avoid project delays.
• Monitor project costs, material consumption, manpower productivity, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, applicable standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate quality inspections.
• Review and approve method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Track project progress and prepare regular progress reports for management.
• Attend project meetings and communicate project status, challenges, and requirements.
• Manage variations, additional works, and technical changes in coordination with the client and consultant.
• Ensure proper documentation, testing reports, commissioning records, as-built drawings, and handover documents are completed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Lead the project team and ensure effective coordination between all departments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
• Relevant experience in MEP project execution and management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, site execution, project planning, and commissioning.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
