The role requires 8–12 years of experience, including 5+ years in project management, with a track record of delivering transformation initiatives for global clients.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience with at least 5 years in Project Management
• Proven experience delivering transformation or strategic initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with global clients preferred
• Exposure to Operations, BPS/BPO, Shared Services, Managed Services, or Digital Transformation environments desirable

• Develop and track project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and dashboards.
• Drive transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with business, operations, technology, and third-party stakeholders.

• Support change management and benefits realization activities.
• Ensure timely delivery within agreed scope, quality, and budget.
