Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to establish governance, drive planning, and coordinate cross-functional teams for enterprise technology implementations.

The role requires 12+ years of experience, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in SDLC and Agile/Hybrid delivery. You will lead steering committees, manage risks, and ensure successful UAT and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Project/Program Management experience leading enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience managing customer-facing software implementation and digital transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management with executives, business users, and technical teams.
• Experience managing distributed delivery teams and multi-organization programs.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies, risk management, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Establish project governance, communication plans, escalation processes, and reporting cadence.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, solution reviews, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
• Drive project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, dependency management, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, decision logs, action trackers, and executive updates.
• Coordinate solution design, integration assessments, security reviews, testing activities, deployment readiness, and customer sign-offs.
• Manage scope, change requests, assumptions, and commercial impacts throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Lead customer-facing steering committees, governance meetings, and executive review sessions.
• Ensure successful completion of UAT, production readiness reviews, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
• Drive collaboration between business, product, engineering, and operational teams to meet customer expectations and delivery commitments.
