Qualifications

• 7+ years in Project/Program/Delivery Management roles.
• Experience managing technology, digital or software delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Waterfall.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Proven planning, budgeting, forecasting and resource management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closure.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Design, Business, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Track project schedules, budgets, resource utilization, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Maintain project governance artefacts including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery success.
• Manage scope changes while maintaining alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide regular project status updates to clients, leadership teams, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined quality standards.
• Foster collaboration across globally distributed teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, stakeholder engagement, delivery governance, resource planning, risk management, and ensuring successful project outcomes across cross-functional teams.

This role requires strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead distributed teams while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management roles.
• Strong experience managing technology, digital, or software delivery projects.
• Solid understanding of Agile Scrum and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, MarTech, CRM, eCommerce, Data, or Technology programs.
• Experience working within IT Services, Consulting, or Digital Agency environments.
• Exposure to global delivery models and client-facing engagements.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience working with US-based clients and offshore delivery teams.
