Job summary

DEIC-L&T Precision Engineering & Systems IC in Talegaon is recruiting for a project planning and controls role within a defence industry context. BE degree required, 3–5 years experience, and readiness for travel to suppliers, customers, and government sites.

You will plan, monitor and control project scope, cost and timelines, applying knowledge of radar/launcher systems and using MS Project and ERP-LN. Interactions with multiple stakeholders and on-site trials are core elements of the role.

Qualifications

• Planning & scheduling of project activities with a clear plan.
• Monitoring and controlling cost and timelines per the project plan.
• Technical knowledge of radar/launcher systems in defence.
• Proficiency with MS Project and ERP-LN for project management.
• Experience handling defence industry projects.
• Experience managing NC/NC trials and on-site development trails with customers.
• Interacting with suppliers to ensure on-time, quality products.
• Knowledge of environmental testing & EMI/EMC testing for defence.
• Identifying risks and taking mitigation actions.
• Ready to travel to suppliers, customers and government inspection sites.
