Job summary

Sahvia Facade in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Project Manager Faade & BMU to oversee façade and BMU activities from design review to handover. You will coordinate with architects, investors, consultants, vendors, fabricators, and site teams to meet drawings, specs, quality standards, and timelines.

Must manage shop drawings, BMU designs, tests, and snag reports while ensuring QA/QC compliance and timely issue resolution. Travel to sites will be required as projects progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in faade, building envelope, BMU, or construction projects preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits.

Responsibilities

  • Review and provide technical solutions for faade shop drawings, tender drawings, BOQs, specifications, and related project documents.
  • Review faade mock-ups, PMU tests, and site requirements and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
  • Check material lists, technical data sheets, samples, and material specifications for compliance with project requirements.
  • Attend and coordinate meetings with architects, investors, consultants, vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Review BMU designs and provide technical inputs and solutions wherever required.
  • Review BMU test reports and coordinate with testing agencies/laboratories for any required testing or corrective measures.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, quality, installation, and technical compliance.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure faade works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Review and resolve faade fabrication and installation issues at site and provide practical technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
  • Prepare and review SNAG reports after site visits, including observations, deviations, and recommended remedial actions.
  • Follow up on snag rectification and closure within agreed timelines.
  • Monitor project activities to ensure alignment with project schedules, quality requirements, and approved designs.
  • Identify potential technical and execution risks and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
  • Maintain proper documentation of drawings, test reports, site observations, technical submissions, approvals, and corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project/site team throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Summary

Educational Qualification
