Job summary

DEC Industries aims to appoint a Head of Project Management & Coordination (PMC) for PEB projects in Hyderabad. You will oversee planning, coordination, execution from order receipt to handover, ensuring schedule adherence, quality, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.

The role requires 15-20 years of relevant experience, a BE/B.Tech in Civil/Structural/Mechanical, and strong leadership to drive the PMC/Project Management team and coordinate across Design, Detailing, Procurement, PPC,

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil/Structural/Mechanical engineering required.
• 15-20 years of experience in PMC/PEB projects.
• Experience in site coordination and client management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor end-to-end PEB project execution.
• Coordinate with Design, Detailing, Procurement, PPC, Production, Quality, Dispatch, Erection, and Finance teams.
• Manage client and consultant coordination, approvals, technical queries, and project reviews.
• Monitor engineering, material procurement, production, dispatch, and site erection progress.
• Identify project delays, risks, and bottlenecks and ensure timely corrective action.
• Monitor project costs, variations, billing, and commercial requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Lead and manage the PMC/Project Management team.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide MIS reports to management.
• Monitor site execution, manpower, resources, erection progress, and snag closure.
• Ensure timely project completion, handover, documentation, and commercial closure.
