Job summary

Milestone Career Planner in Kerala seeks an experienced PEB Project Manager to lead planning, execution, fabrication, erection and site management of industrial building, warehouse and factory shed projects.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in PEB/steel structures, strong coordination with clients, consultants, design, procurement and field teams, and hands-on experience from planning to completion. AutoCAD/STAAD Pro knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of overall experience, preferably in PEB/steel structure projects.
• Experience in PEB project planning, execution, fabrication, erection, and site management.
• Experience in handling projects from planning to completion.
• Good coordination with clients, consultants, design, fabrication, procurement, and site teams.
• Experience in manpower planning, material planning, scheduling, progress tracking, billing, and cost control.
• Experience in industrial buildings, warehouses, factory sheds, and commercial PEB projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / STAAD Pro is an added advantage.
• Specific PEB project management experience, not just general steel structure or civil project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead PEB projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, design, fabrication, procurement and site teams.
• Oversee manpower and material planning, scheduling and progress tracking.
• Manage budgeting, billing and cost control for PEB projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site.
