Job summary

Smard Modular is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead PEB projects from planning through handover, with a focus on steel structures, cost control, and client coordination. The role requires coordinating design, procurement, fabrication, transport, and site erection across multiple teams.

You will monitor progress, manage budgets and resources, review drawings, ensure safety and quality, and deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute PEB projects within budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Oversee project activities, including design coordination, procurement, fabrication, transportation, and site erection.
• Coordinate with structural design, detailing, production, procurement, and site execution teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Review structural drawings, fabrication drawings, erection plans, and project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor material availability, workforce productivity, and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
• Ensure proper documentation, billing, measurement, and final project handover.
