Job summary

Mirah Hospitality invites a seasoned Civil Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in PEB structures to lead planning, execution, and supervision of industrial, warehouse, and logistics facilities across Maharashtra and Karnataka.

You will manage end-to-end Civil/PEB works, review drawings, coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensure QA/QC and safety, and support progress reporting, procurement, and billing in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil and PEB project execution.
• Proven experience in handling multiple contractors and site teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of Civil and PEB structural works at project sites.
• Supervise foundation works, anchor bolt placement, erection coordination, flooring, drainage, and associated civil infrastructure.
• Coordinate with PEB vendors, consultants, architects, and contractors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
• Lead day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Review construction drawings, structural drawings, and BOQs for execution.
• Ensure proper resource planning including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety compliance, and testing as per project requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, DPRs, measurement sheets, and work status updates.
• Coordinate with procurement for material planning and vendor management.
• Participate in project review meetings with stakeholders.
• Support billing certification, quantity verification, and contractor evaluations.

Job Description Civil Engineer (PEB Structures)

Reporting To: Project Manager / Construction Head

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with experience in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects to oversee planning, execution, coordination, and supervision of industrial, warehouse, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have hands‑on experience in civil execution, structural coordination, site management, quality control, and contractor supervision related to Civil Structural / PEB Projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Supervision

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of Civil and PEB structural works at project sites.
• Supervise foundation works, anchor bolt placement, erection coordination, flooring, drainage, and associated civil infrastructure.
• Coordinate with PEB vendors, consultants, architects, and contractors for smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and approved methodologies.

Coordination & Reporting

• Prepare progress reports, DPRs, measurement sheets, and work status updates.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for material planning and vendor management.
• Participate in project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support billing certification, quantity verification, and contractor evaluations.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of Civil & PEB structures, steel buildings, and industrial construction practices.
• Experience in civil works associated with PEB projects including foundations and flooring.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings.
• Good understanding of construction sequencing, estimation, and project planning.
• Familiarity with IS codes, safety standards, and quality procedures.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
