Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage interior fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Prepare detailed project schedules and ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare, submit, and coordinate client/project bills.
• Ensure timely bill certification, approval, and payment collection.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and contractors.
• Supervise site activities and ensure quality workmanship.
• Monitor project budgets and control project costs.
• Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Manage manpower and resource allocation according to project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Identify and resolve technical and execution-related issues promptly.
• Track project progress against approved schedules and milestones.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports to management and clients.
• Coordinate finishing activities and ensure work is completed as per approved designs and specifications.
• Manage snag identification and rectification.
• Coordinate final inspections and project handover.
• Complete project documentation and ensure smooth project closure.
