Job summary

Trezi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit-out and design & build projects from initiation to handover. You will drive schedules, budgets, and execution strategies to deliver high-quality results.

You will coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and execution teams, supervise site activities, and ensure compliance with drawings, safety standards, and quality benchmarks. The role requires a Civil/Architecture/Interior Design background with 8–12 years of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in interior fit-outs, construction, or design & build projects.
• Excellent project management, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Excel and project coordination tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete lifecycle of Design & Build projects from project initiation to final handover.

• Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, approvals, and progress tracking.
